Represented Creditors, Trustees, Creditor Committees and Debtors in Chapter 7, 11, 12 and 13 bankruptcy cases.
Litigated in bankruptcy court for both Debtors and Creditors objections to exemptions, discharge and dischargeability of debts and tax liability.
Argued and briefed matters before Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and Court of Appeals in San Antonio and Corpus Christi.
Prepared wills, trust agreements, real estate documents, leases and contracts.
Served as general counsel and collection attorney for meat wholesaler, diamond/ precious gem wholesaler and two construction firms and collection attorney for electronics wholesaler and two local banks.
